By using our courier, cargo or logistics services, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Service Scope
Our services include domestic and international courier, cargo handling, real-time tracking, customs clearance and last-mile delivery. The nature of services may vary by package, location and shipping method.
3. Shipping Restrictions
We do not accept the shipment of hazardous materials, illegal goods, perishable items (unless pre-approved), currency, precious metals or other restricted items under applicable law.
4. Packaging Requirements
Clients are responsible for ensuring that their shipments are properly packed. We may offer packaging assistance upon request, but are not liable for damage due to poor packaging.
5. Delivery Timelines
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, customs clearance, public holidays and unforeseen logistics issues. We will notify customers of any significant delays.
6. Tracking & Notifications
We provide real-time tracking for all shipments. Customers may receive updates via SMS, email, or through our online tracking portal.
7. Liability & Claims
Our liability for loss or damage is limited to the declared value or applicable insurance coverage. All claims must be submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery.
8. Payment Terms
Full payment must be made before shipment dispatch unless otherwise agreed. Any applicable taxes, duties or surcharges will be borne by the customer.
9. Customs and Import Regulations
International shipments are subject to destination country regulations. We assist with customs documentation but are not responsible for delays or confiscations by customs authorities.
10. Service Refusal
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms or shipment of restricted items.
11. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, war, labor disputes, or transportation disruptions.

These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time. It is the customer’s responsibility to review the latest version available on our website.
